Hyndburn Primary Schools Animal Olympics – What a Day! 🐾🎉

This morning we hosted our Animal Olympics for Hyndburn primary schools, and what an exciting and fun-filled event it was! The atmosphere was electric as KS1 children from 10 schools took part in 10 different animal-themed activities, all aiming to score as many points as they could for their teams.

Every single child showed incredible effort, enthusiasm, and teamwork throughout the event. A huge well done to all the children who took part – you should be extremely proud of yourselves!

After all the activities were completed, we tallied the points and are thrilled to announce our top three schools:

🥇 1st Place – Baxenden with 332 points Baxenden St John's C of E Primary School

🥈 2nd Place – St Bartholomew’s with 319 points St Bartholomew's CE Primary

🥉 3rd Place – St Peter’s with 268 points St Peter’s CE Primary School

Congratulations to our top teams and thank you to everyone who helped make the event such a success. We can’t wait to do it all again next year!

👏✨ A Huge Thank You to Our Amazing Sports Leaders! ✨👏

We’d like to give a massive shout out to the fantastic Sports Leaders from Accrington Academy who helped run our Animal Olympics event today! 🐾🏅Accrington Academy
