Ribble Valley A Football League

Yesterday we had our Ribble Valley A League final set of fixtures and WOW it was a fantastic atmosphere leading up to the very last games. It was extremely close towards the end for the top 3 places. Ending with a tie 3rd & 4th and 1 point in it between 1st and 2nd.

Well done to the Ribble Valley A League Champions St Michael& St Johns top of the league with 37 points. A very close 2nd was St Mary’s Langho with 36 points and 3rd place Pendle with 30 points with 13 goal difference. However I cannot not mention Barrow in 4th place as they also achieved 30 points and placed 4th with 8 goals difference. However amazing efforts from all the footballers that entered the league over the last year. Thank you for taking part and all the teacher and parent support at each date.
